Successful Issuance of BDCB Islamic Bills Series 164

Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam (March 2024) – Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB) is pleased to announce the successful pricing of its 164th issuance of BDCB I-Bills.

The total of the sukuk issuance was BND17 million with the following details:​

Series: 164
Issuance Date: 14 March 2024
Maturity Date: 29 March 2024
Tenor: 14 Days
Rate: 3.4500%

With this issuance, BDCB thus far has issued BND4.101 billion worth of short-term BDCB I-Bills since the maiden offering on 22 October 2020, and the total holdings of the BDCB I-Bills outstanding as at 14 March 2024 stood at BND19 million.
