Successful Issuance of BDCB Islamic Bills 117th Series

Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam (March 2023) – Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB) is pleased to announce the successful pricing of its 117th issuance of BDCB I-Bills.

The total of the sukuk issuance was BND15 million with the following details:

​Series: 117
Issuance Date: 30 March 2023
Maturity Date: 13 April 2023
Tenor: 14 Days
Rate: 3.4000%


With this issuance, BDCB thus far has issued BND2.919 billion worth of short-term BDCB I-Bills since the maiden offering on 22 October 2020, and the total holdings of the BDCB I-Bills outstanding as at 30 March 2023 stood at BND50.5 million.
