Successful Issuance of BDCB Islamic Bills 101st Series

Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam (December 2022) – Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB) is pleased to announce the successful pricing of its 101st issuance of BDCB I-Bills.

​The total of the sukuk issuance was BND17 million with the following details:

Series: 101
Issuance Date: 01 December 2022
Maturity Date: 15 December 2022
Tenor: 14 Days
Rate​: 1.9800%


With this issuance, BDCB thus far has issued BND2.674 billion worth of short-term BDCB I-Bills since the maiden offering on 22 October 2020, and the total holdings of the BDCB I-Bills outstanding as at 1 December 2022 stood at BND22 million.
