Successful Issuance of AMBD Islamic Bills 29th Series

Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam (June 2021) - The Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD), is pleased to announce the successful pricing of its 29th issuance of AMBD I-Bills.

The total of the sukuk issuance was BND10 million with the following details:

Series: 029
Issuance Date: 17 June 2021
Maturity Date: 01 July 2021
Tenor: 14 Days
Rate: 0.0900%

With this issuance, AMBD thus far issued BND626 million worth of short-term AMBD I-Bills since the maiden offering on 22nd October 2020, and the total holdings of the AMBD I-Bills outstanding as at 17th June 2021 stood at BND22 million.
