Successful Issuance of AMBD Islamic Bills 30th Series

Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam (June 2021) - The Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD), is pleased to announce the successful pricing of its 30th issuance of AMBD I-Bills. The total of the sukuk issuance was BND20 million with the following details: Series: 030 Issuance Date: 24 June 2021 Maturity Date: 08 July 2021 Tenor: 14 Days Rate: 0.1200% With this issuance, AMBD thus far issued BND646 million worth of short-term AMBD I-Bills since the maiden offering on 22nd October 2020, and the total holdings of the AMBD I-Bills outstanding as at 24th June 2021 stood at BND30 million.
