Successful Issuance of BDCB Islamic Bills Series 154

Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam (December 2023) – Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB) is pleased to announce the successful pricing of its 154th issuance of BDCB I-Bills. The total of the sukuk issuance was BND50 million with the following details:​ Series: 154 Issuance Date: 28 December 2023 Maturity Date: 11 January 2024 Tenor: 14 Days Rate: 2.7500% 154 With this issuance, BDCB thus far has issued BND3.930 billion worth of short-term BDCB I-Bills since the maiden offering on 22 October 2020, and the total holdings of the BDCB I-Bills outstanding as at 28 December 2023 stood at BND100 million.
